Counselling Psychologist
for (Full time/Part time Trainer)

Job Responsibilities:

To train, mentor and motivate sales force for better outcome.
To advise the sales force on how they could be helped by counselling.
To counsel individuals or groups to help them understand problems, define goals, and develop realistic action plans.
To formulate psychological explanations of the sales force issues and propose guidelines to improve.
To monitor and evaluate the outcome of given guidelines.
To establish a collaborative working relationship with the sales force based on trust and respect.

We Require: Post-Graduation / Graduation in Psychology (Preferably in Counselling Psychology). 5-8 year(s) of experience in working with sales training.		We Offer: Professional working environment. Competitive compensation package. Performance based career path
